When you book a retreat experience with us, we will communicate with you early on to let you know what airport we are using and any nearby airport options. We will also give you an arrival time window on the travel day so you know when you will need to arrive. Transfers will be ready to pick you up by our group name outside of customs from our designated airport for the trip. We will also provide you with "best practices" information for your trip, regarding how early to arrive at the airport and how long the transport will be between our destination and the airport. We can help answer questions individually when you are looking at booking a flight.

Yes, of course! This question will be on the submission form you will receive after making the initial deposit, where you can state if there are any food allergies or restrictions we should know about in advance. We would also recommend that if there is a particular food you do not eat, example fish, that we know that in advance during your survey that you receive. Many countries have specialty foods and we recommend making sure you read up on our "example menus" for your trip to get yourself familiar with those offerings.

Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable. We are booking through companies that also require non-refundable deposits and will not be able to obtain the deposit back. Please check our cancellation policy at the end of the FAQ page.

Absolutely not! We encourage all ranges of yoga abilities. Yoga is a constant practice, and we embrace all levels to join us and learn from each other.

If you would like to extend your stay, we can help you arrange additional days before or after the group trip, at your own cost.

We offer a variety of ways to pay for the remainder of your trip after the initial deposit. We can offer a monthly installment plan, as well as pay as you go. All remainder of payments must be made 6 weeks before travel.

Cancellation Policy
After making your non-refundable deposit, there are multiple options for you to start paying for the rest of your trip. However, we do have cancellation policies to safeguard our company, and the other participants.
60-90 days before the trip - A full refund is available for the remainder after deposit
30-60 days before the trip - 50% of the remainder after deposit is refunded
0-30 days before the trip - no refund is available.
We understand that unforseen life circumstances happen, and hope to accommodate both parties if something does interfere with you coming on the trip. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance if your credit card company does not already offer it. Companies like travelguard are an affordable way to insure your trip.
If the trip is cancelled by our company, a full refund is available.
