Our Studio

Buff & Flo is a brick and mortar studio offering an arrange of yoga and fitness classes, both in person and virtually!

Buff & Flo was created and built around bringing unique styles and variety into one space. We are a group of individuals dedicated to sharing yoga and fitness classes to help you connect your physical, mental and emotional body. Our teachers have trained under an assortment of styles so you can expect to get more out of belonging here. We aim to provide a one stop shop for you to explore and benefit from all that we have to offer.

We have created Buff & Flo retreats as an extension of the studio to offer more experience!

Check out our Studio Home Page for more information, and to sign up for a live in-person or virtual class!

Meet Your Retreat Instructors

  • Jessica Radon

    OWNER, INSTRUCTOR

Jessica Radon is the owner at Buff & Flo. Introducing people to the amazing feeling of taking heated classes in a style that has many health benefits is so fulfilling to her goal of bringing wellness in all forms to Orchard Park. She has built a very welcoming environment that aims to have classes for every age and ability level. Recognizing not everyone likes the same type of yoga or style of class the studio offers uniqueness and the teachers are encouraged to be hands on and lead technique driven classes.

  • Gabrielle Schroeder Ebsary

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Gabrielle has been teaching yoga for over 7 years now and practicing for over 15 years! She started organizing international yoga retreats in 2015 with a friend and wanted to start back up again after having her first son and joining Buff & Flo. Gabrielle says, “Our Buffalo community is unrivaled to any other city (in my opinion!), and I love that each retreat feels the same sense of community in a different country or city. I have 2 young energetic boys, who are also becoming yoga and travel lovers!” She is currently taking courses to become a women’s health physical therapist and can’t wait to incorporate all of these aspects of her life into something we can all share as a community. “I look forward to creating more awesome experiences for the studio!”
